Lauren Archer
Lauren is part of the Corporate & Commercial team at MinterEllisonRuddWatts. She advises both public and private sector clients on a range of corporate, commercial and public sector matters. This includes general commercial, corporate compliance and corporate governance advice; drafting IT contracts; advising on corporate structures; and advising on a variety of commercial agreements.
John Morrison
John is a specialist construction litigation lawyer and provides advice to various commercial clients in this area, including commercial and residential construction issues. John also has extensive experience in “leaky building” claims and has represented clients in mediations, Court and the Weathertight Homes Tribunal.
Riaia Donald
Riaia is a specialist construction and property dispute resolution lawyer, having worked at MinterEllisonRuddWatts in this area of law since 2009. Riaia acts for plaintiffs and defendants in defective building proceedings, for principal’s and contractors in construction disputes and lessor’s and leasee’s in lease disputes.
