Mortgage Express is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Pete Fenwick, who joins the team of Auckland-based mortgage advisers.
Mr Fenwick’s background is in finance and banking with over 20 years’ industry experience. Prior to joining Mortgage Express, he worked at BNZ in various roles, including his most recent role as commercial partner, looking after a portfolio of business clients. Mr Fenwick also worked in business development and as an adviser assistant.
His experience and wealth of knowledge allow him to structure solutions for Mortgage Express clients that fit their unique requirements. Mr Fenwick is particularly interested in assisting parents who want to help their children buy a home.
“Working in business banking has exposed me to various scenarios of how to structure deals most effectively,” says Mr Fenwick.
He will be providing advice around home and business lending, personal finance, refinancing and restructuring loans.
