New appointments at JLL
JLL Auckland welcomes new agents.
JLL Auckland is pleased to welcome Gareth Ford, Jaye Miller and Michael Perree to its North Shore agency team, where they will focus on commercial and industrial sales and leasing on Auckland’s North Shore.
They are all recent graduates and certified Real Estate Salespeople, having obtained their licences from the Real Estate Agents Authority.
Gareth and Jaye both graduated from Massey University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Business Studies, each majoring in valuation and property management. Jaye also studied a minor in marketing. Following his degree, Jaye gained a National Certificate in Real Estate (Level 4) from The Open Polytechnic of New Zealand.
Michael graduated from the University of Auckland in 2015 with a Bachelor of Property, taking a particular interest in construction and agency. Since then, he has gained a National Certificate in Real Estate (Level 4) and worked in the property market as an Administrative Assistant at Auckland Property Management Ltd.
The head of JLL’s North Shore agency team David Mayhew says Gareth, Jaye and Michael are welcome additions to the team.
“We are very pleased to have three recent graduates on board. They are already proving to be valuable members of the team and are enjoying getting to know the North Shore market.”
