Leo Chen is the newest Mortgage Adviser to join Mortgage Express.
Mr. Chen immigrated to New Zealand in 2000 and has been successfully investing in property since 2007. Mr. Chen is excited about sharing his own knowledge of property investment and expertise with his clients.
“I would like to share my first-hand knowledge of the mortgage industry and the Auckland property market, and provide tailor-made mortgage solutions to fit my client’s specific needs,” says Mr. Chen.
Mr. Chen’s background includes 8 years working as a Senior Customs Officer for New Zealand Customs Services, 4 years as an Auditor for the Trade Assurance business unit, and 1 year working as a Sales Consultant for China Travel Services.
“I am passionate about property investment. I believe that by using the right financial and investment strategies, it’s possible to achieve your home ownership dreams,” says Mr. Chen.
Mr. Chen is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and welcomes Chinese clients who prefer to converse in their own language.
“Having been a property investor, Leo understands first-hand the concerns and anxieties that migrant home buyers may be faced with,” says Sarah Johnston, General Manager of Mortgage Express. “Being able to see things from his client’s point of view is really important.”
Mr. Chen is based in Auckland and provides advice on home loans, top-up loans, re-financing, re-fixes or re-structured loans.
