Natural Health Products has appointed Elizabeth Kolovos to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Kolovos joins the team, after a successful international career in the Telecom and defence industries.
Natural Health Products manufacture a range of luxury anti-ageing skin products under the BeeBio brand. Since launch, the brand experienced phenomenal growth from international sales – increasing 400% over the last 12 months.
Made in New Zealand, the BeeBio range is created from the finest quality active Manuka honey, Bee Venom, Royal Jelly and botanicals directly sourced from its sister companies. The products offer a unique formulation that provides traceability directly back to the hives where the active ingredients are collected.
Kolovos says: “Our target market is department stores, duty free operators, high-end salons and spas and aesthetic clinics. Our core customer is very discerning - looking for natural products with clinically proven efficacy – BeeBio products provide just that.”

Kolovos spent her early career working for pre IPO Silicon Valley start-ups, launching products into Europe Middle East and Africa. She then spent nearly 10 years selling large complex solutions into the UK Ministry of Defence and intelligence organisations.
Kolovos retired from the industry and moved back to New Zealand where she set-up the first exclusive high-end women’s gym in New Zealand, ran a property development company and became a key investor in Natural Health Products.
“The BeeBio brand has now successfully positioned itself as a luxury skincare product throughout Asia. Recently, Duty Free News International magazine awarded BeeBio ‘best new skincare launch 2015’, which is a good sign we are headed in the right direction,” concludes Kolovos.
