McConnell Property is preparing the ground works for the 96 sections.
McConnell Property’s South Island development manager, Scott McCulloch, says Beaumont Park offers freehold sections in Stage 1 and 2 priced from $167,950, with strong sales for the first two stages already.
Construction on the new Beaumont Park homes is likely to start in early to mid-2015.
The Selwyn District is the fastest-growing region in New Zealand, partly thanks to the earthquakes but also considerable farming and support development.
Beaumont Park sections range from 600m2 to 892m2.
More than half the first stage sections are either sold or under negotiation.
Rolleston has a population of nearly 10,000 people.
