Microsoft New Zealand says Barrie Shears will take over from Paul Muckleston as managing director.
Microsoft New Zealand says Barrie Shears will take over from Paul Muckleston as managing director.
Mr Muckleston says he will stay in the company in a new role, which will be announced in a couple of weeks.
The New Zealand-born Mr Shears has been working overseas for 30 years.
His recent careers includes management roles at Sybase, EMC, Quest and most recently Dell's software group as GM for Asia Pacific and Japan.
