Chris McCashin has joined JLL's Wellington team as a Senior Consultant.
Chris McCashin has joined JLL’s Wellington team as a Senior Consultant.
Chris brings with him over 10 years of experience in property advisory and consultancy services, specialising in land acquisition, negotiation, feasibility and strategic advice.
After graduating from Lincoln University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Valuations and Property Management), Chris spent 2 years in London working as an estate manager and tenant advisor in the private sector, before returning back to New Zealand.
Prior to joining JLL, Chris worked as a consultant on various projects in the wider Wellington and Wairarapa region, providing advice to Crown agencies, local authorities and private sector clients.
Chris is a Crown accredited supplier and is an asset to the JLL team as his strong experience and vast knowledge of the Wellington market enables him to effectively communicate strategies and manage key stakeholders.
