JLL has announced the appointment of Dale Winfield to a leadership role within the Valuations and Advisory team.
Dale Winfield will work alongside Dave Wigmore, who heads JLL’s national Valuations and Advisory team. Dale will support Dave in running the business, which has tripled in revenue since 2009 and now boasts a team of 50 staff based in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
“Dale will be responsible for quality assurance, mentoring, and improving systems and processes in the valuations business as well as a key focus on the institutional and banking sectors,” JLL New Zealand’s Managing Director Nick Hargreaves says.
“This will assist Dave Wigmore to focus on the strategic growth of the Valuations and Advisory business.”
Dale Winfield is a specialist retail valuer with more than 15 years’ experience in New Zealand and the UK. He has been with JLL since 2010.
