This free-to-air and commercial-free business channel is a separate project from our website upgrade and has been 18 months and more than $250,000 in the making, driven by chief technical officer Michael Bach.

NBR View kicked off on Wednesday with the launch of the NBR Rich List, with more than 23,000 unique viewers watching as our partner Shift72 served more than a terabyte of data.
Think of our stream as NBR TV. It’s free to watch, with basic play and pause buttons (with full-screen coming shortly). For more playing options, take our free stories offer or subscribe so you can access the individual video clips that now run with many of our stories.
We’re proud to say that NBR is working with a local provider for our NBR View stream: the aforementioned Shift72 - based in Hamilton but chasing business worldwide.
Appropriately, given the day it was launched, its directors include NBR Rich Lister Phil McCaw and its investors another Rich Lister Sir Stephen Tindall.
