The recently appointed chief executive of the Institute of Directors, Dr William Whittaker, has died suddenly.
The recently appointed chief executive of the Institute of Directors, Dr William Whittaker, has died suddenly.
The IOD website says Whittaker, who was appointed to the role in January, passed away on Nov. 30.
No further detail has been released.
Whittaker was credited with bringing new energy to the institute, which seeks to represent the interests and training needs of company and non-profit organisation directors.
