WhaleOil blogger Cameron Slater tells NBR Radio former Conservative party leader Colin Craig has no chance of beating him in court.
“I can stack up every single allegation I have made against him with documents and with sources.”
This follows Mr Craig announcing yesterday he will seek $300,000 in damages against Taxpayers' Union executive director Jordan Williams, $600,000 Conservative Party board member John Stringer and $650,000 from Mr Slater – who he collectively labelled "the dirty politics brigade."
Mr Slater says things are only going to get worse for Mr Craig, as there is more damning information about him which has to now come out in a court case.
“If he thinks what was published was awful, what was not published was much more awful but that will now have to come out in the courts.”
Mr Slater says he plans on representing himself in court.
“It’s as if he doesn’t want to litigate this in a court [of law], he wants to litigate this in the court of public opinion.”
