Fonterra director leaves board
Fonterra director John Ballard is to retire.
Fonterra director John Ballard will retire from the co-operative's board, Chairman Sir Henry van der Heyden announced today.
Mr Ballard has been an appointed director since 2006. He has served on the appointments, remuneration and development committee, as well as the health and safety committee.
He will remain as director until November, when Fonterra has their annual meeting.
The Board is now identifying a replacement director who will be announced in due course.
