Droga5 have signed with Fiveight to handle creative duties for the New Zealand-owned business which represents Warner Brothers Interactive, SEGA, Ubisoft and Turtle Beach.

SEGA needs no explanation, Warner Brothers Interactive handle the Harry Potter franchise and Ubisoft are responsible for Assassin's Creed.  Turtle Beach designed, manufactured and marketed audio peripherals for video game consoles and personal computers, the agency said.

Droga5 would handle creative duties across a multitide of gaming titles and equipment, the agency said, and would partner with Ikon Communications, who recently won the media business.

The agency's first work was with Turtle Beach on which it had been working in New Zealand, Sydney and New York.  The campaign would launch very soon, said Droga5 business director James Polhill.

Mr Polhill said there were no incumbents as fiveight was a fairly new company and there process.

"We had an existing relationship and we've just been working on it behind the scenes for a while."

He said Fiveight was a dream client as the agency got to test the games and head gear (those lucky so and sos).

"That's the best thing about it.   You kind of grow up with all that stuff, so when I said it's a dream client, it really is."
