The Serious Fraud Office case against ex Bridgecorp directors Rod Petricevic and Rob Roest has been adjourned for a second time.

Mr Petricevic and Mr Roest, the managing director and chief financial officer respectively of the failed finance company, were due to appear in the Auckland District Court today charged with the fraudulent acquisition of a $1.8 million luxury boat using Bridgecorp investors' money.

The case has been rescheduled for September 27.

Mr Petricevic also faces a separate charge of making dishonest payments of $1.2 million of Bridgecorp funds to a business entity called ABb.
