Following the news that the Japanese owners were launching their own independent investigtion into Fuji Xerox New Zealand, NZ First leader Winston Peters called for a government inquiry into what he described as "highly irregular" contacts awarded to the company. On Friday June 30 2017 NBR revealed that Fuji Xerox were so aware of thier inflated revenue that they even had a code word according to the independent report commissioned by Fuji’s Japanese parent company Fujifilm.
