The Icehouse's chief executive Andrew Hamilton is the latest business leader to take a seat in the AMA chair.

As head of the Auckland-based business incubator since 2001, Andrew is an expert on entrepreneurial Kiwi businesses, with particular expertise in business growth, private equity and venture capital, the internationalisation of technology ventures, research and development, and economic development.

Click the NBR Radio box to hear him answer questions on the appropriate length of tenure for a chief executive, how to implement his recent suggestion that wealthy immigrants be compelled to put 10% of their capital into growth investments, whether the Icehouse will ever be sustainable and how to measure if the government’s investment is well spent – and a great deal more.
