$115 million NBR Rich Lister Phil McCaw is one of New Zealand's most experienced, and successful, angel investors.
The company he co-founded in 2006, Movac, has just launched its fourth fund, with the aim of raising $80 to 100 million to invest in companies in the "post-seed" or "post-angel" phase (so far, it's $20 million of the way there, thanks to NZVIF, aka the taxpayer).
