Professor John Burrows, ONZM, QC is a law lecturer, author, former member of the Law Commission, co-chairman of the Panel which reviewed the New Zealand constitution in 2012 and now, in his most public role – or at least the one most likely to require a crash helmet – chairman of the Flag Consideration Panel.
