Queenstown Bungy, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bungy New Zealand Limited (trading as AJ Hackett Bungy), has applied to the Commerce Commission for clearance to acquire the bungy and swing operations of Taupo Bungy Ltd, a subsidiary of Taupo Tourism Holdings.
