Xero inks $25m deal for Swedish e-invoicing platform
The deal will reduce Xero’s reliance on third-party providers.
Cloud-based accounting software platform Xero is pushing further into e-invoicing with the acquisition of Stockholm-based Tickstar.
Wellington-based Xero told the ASX this morning it had inked an agreement to buy the 14-year-old business for up to SEK$150 million ($25m).
