Trade Me shareholders to vote on takeover

The High Court has given online marketplace Trade Me permission to proceed with a shareholder vote on its takeover.

Titan AcquisitionCo New Zealand, a company owned by British private equity firm Apax Partners, proposes to acquire 100% of Trade Me shares for $6.45 per share.
