Nautech Electronics being bought by Australian firm Circuitwise

NBR understands the deal is worth more than A$50 million.

Nautech Electronics was started in 1989 by husband and wife Andrew and Alison Turner.

Auckland-based contract electronics manufacturer Nautech Electronics is being acquired by Australian private-equity backed Circuitwise Electronics.

The transaction is due to be completed at the end of the month.
