Legal tech startup Ivo rides AI investment wave to raise US$4.8m

The Kiwi-founded startup has rebranded from Latch after raising a round led by Californian seed stage funders Uncork Capital and Fika Ventures.

Legal tech startup Ivo, formerly called Latch, has raised US$4.8 million in a second seed round led by Californian seed stage founders, Uncork Capital and Fika Ventures.

Both early seed stage funds put in US$2m into the round while additional funding came from existing New Zealand investors Pioneer
