Kogan.com buys Kiwi e-commerce retailer Mighty Ape

The purchase price is set at $A122.4m but dependent on earnings out to 2023.

Online retailer Mighty Ape has been acquired by Australian retailer Kogan.com for a headline purchase price of $A122.4 million.

A release to the ASX from Kogan.com stated the acquisition delivered immediate scaling possibilities for Kogan.com’s operations in New Zealand and incremental growth
