Cybercrime pays more than we're willing to admit, says Kordia

Just one in 10 leaders of large New Zealand businesses admit to having paid a ransom to a cybercriminal, according to a new survey conducted by state-owned communications specialist, Kordia.

But the SOE’s cybersecurity experts say the incidence of demands being paid is likely being under-reported
