2degrees posts 46% profit increase after targeting higher paying customers

But Covid-19 means telco is now ‘in a very different world now’.

Telco 2degrees has delivered a 46% increase in profit for the 2019 financial year as a change in focus to higher value customers and bundling has paid off.

However, chief of corporate affairs Mathew Bolland said due to the Covid-19 pandemic the company was “in a very different world now”.
