Kiwi tech company Vend to be acquired by Lightspeed for US$350m

New Zealand cloud-based commercial platform Vend is being acquired by Lightspeed POS Inc, a Canadian provider of similar services. The move is set to boost Lightspeed’s global customer base in the Asia-Pacific region.
