‘They didn’t pay. I took proceedings'

Insurer CBL bought a company in 2015 from a British businessman. He’s still trying to get money owed on the deal.

The High Court in London has ordered CBL’s Singaporean subsidiary to pay £1.2 million to a British businessman owed money from an acquisition three years ago.
