The director of an Auckland restaurant has been ordered to pay more than $120,000 after forcing a chef to work nearly double the hours they were paid for.
The Employment Relation Authority ordered Kiran Cuisine director Madhan Singh Bisht to pay $75,000 in unpaid minimum wage, leave and holiday
