Pacific Aerospace sale price revealed to be $5.1m

Chinese state-owned shareholder attempted to recapitalise the business out of liquidation.

A Pacific Aerospace liquidators report has revealed the April purchase of the troubled Hamilton aeroplane manufacturer was for $5.1 million, a significant shortfall to creditors’ claims.

Liquidators Khov Jones were appointed to the company in February, and released a six-monthly report
