Oceania Healthcare to review director numbers and remuneration

Oceania Healthcare is considering increasing its number of board members and the amount paid to each director, according to chair Liz Coutts.
The Auckland-based retirement village and aged care provider, which recently reported a net profit of $85.5 million over a new 10-month reporting period
