Private equity firm KKR has agreed to buy a majority stake in Dunedin-based online learning provider Education Perfect in a deal valuing the company at $455 million.
Details of the transaction were disclosed to the Malaysian Stock Exchange this week by 37.8% shareholder Mulpha International,
