Infratil mulls sale of Aussie retirement business

Investment company announces strategic review of RetireAustralia stake.

NZX-listed infrastructure investor Infratil says it is considering a sale of its 50%-owned RetireAustralia business.

In a statement to the NZX, Infratil said it was planning a strategic review of the business in conjunction with the NZ Super Fund, owner of the other 50%.
