Heather Gadonniex, Dino Vendetti, Adrien Gheur, and Caroline Williams have all joined the Easy Crypto board.
Ex-Silicon Valley entrepreneur, marketing, and international business development technology executive Heather Gadonniex has joined the New Zealand cryptocurrency firm as an independent director.
Gadonniex said she is looking forward to helping drive growth. “Crypto has the potential to be a great equaliser. The space is ever-evolving and growing rapidly, making it challenging for beginners to tap into.”
Vendetti, also from the United States, was the founder and managing director of Seven Peaks Ventures and joins Easy Crypto as an independent director.
From New Zealand, Gheur a founding partner of deep-tech venture capital firm Nuance Capital will become an executive director for the firm. Caroline Williams has held roles in a number of significant companies such as Telecom (now Spark) and Deloitte New Zealand will chair the board.
Easy Crypto co-founder and Chief executive, Janine Grainger, said the appointments come at a key time as the start-up moves into its next phase of stepping up global growth.
The new board appointments follow a $17m Series A raise late last year.
