Duncan Cotterill appoints new partner
Law firm Duncan Cotterill adds Ron Arieli to the team.
Commercial law partner Ron Arieli has joined Duncan Cotterill in Auckland.
Arieli has extensive experience over the past decade in mergers, acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, commercial contracts, and capital raising.
Jonathan Scragg, Chair of Duncan Cotterill, said the appointment reflected the firm’s own focus on bringing the next generation of lawyers into its senior leadership.
“We’re delighted to welcome him to the team,” said Scragg.
Arieli's appointment means the firm now has 46 partners, making it one of the largest three in New Zealand by partner number.
