Vital Healthcare has released new landslide voting figures on the five ‘rebel’ unitholder proposals at its AGM.

Vital’s manager, NorthWest Healthcare (NWM) voted on the proposals, which was met by unitholder criticism and was potentially in violation of the Financial Markets Conduct
