Tax expenses hurt Stride’s first-half profit
Higher rental income and management fees helped offset the impact.
Despite improved revenue, NZX-listed Stride Property Group’s first-half profit dropped 10% to $35.1 million because of a one-off tax expense.
In the six months to September 30, net rental income was up $400,00 to $28.4m and management fees from its listed Investore Fund rose 25% to $9.2m,
