Stride profit down slightly as it prepares to branch out

The company had lower valuation gains off a high base.

NZX-listed Stride Property posted a profit of $76.2 million for the year to March 31, down $19.1m on last year.

The profit drop reflects lower revaluation gains, $36.5m for the year, valuing the company’s portfolio at $966.3m, compared with a revaluation gain of $48.3m in 2018.
