Stride latest company to ride the rising property wave

Properties sold off but rentals only fell $1.6 million.

Stride Property Group posted a half-year profit of $40.2 million, up $5.2m despite lower rental incomes.

The company is the second property fund this week to post half-year profits powered by rising prices across the commercial real estate industry.
