Property devaluations drag Precinct profit

The NZX-listed landlord is confident despite Covid woes.

Covid-19 hit NZX-listed Precinct Properties’ full-year results hard, sinking profit by more than 80% on last year despite stronger operating income.

Profit after tax was $30.2 million for the year to June 30, down from $190.2m in 2019. Gross operating revenue was $151.8m, up 12%.
