Promisia Healthcare says it’s received a debt finance offer of $7.5 million from the Bank of New Zealand to support its purchase of Cromwell’s Golden View and Ripponburn Lifestyle villages.
That’s about a quarter of the estimated $33m purchase price for a deal that could bring 137 apartments
