Precinct commits to One Queen St as office vacancies rise
JLL says Precinct’s premium assets are pulling tenants away from other CBD buildings.
Following a year-long delay, NZX-listed Precinct Property has recommitted to its One Queen St development, but with a few tweaks.
The development, integrated into Commercial Bay, will include a luxury hotel and A-grade office.
