PMG Funds sells half share to ASX-listed 360 Capital

The Bay of Plenty-based property syndicator sold the stake for $17.5m.

Tauranga-based property syndicator PMG Funds has sold half of its business to ASX-listed 360 Capital Active REIT  for $17.5 million.

PMG, which has more than $665m of property under management, will receive the payout in $13.3m cash with a potential earn-out of $4.2m over two keys if it hits
