Oyster Capital’s $200m spending spree at Spedding

The firm’s first foray into industrial property has paid dividends, as developers snap up $130m worth of development land.

Property for Industry has picked up three separate sites.

Oyster Capital says it's secured $130 million in early sales at its greenfields 46-hectare Spedding Rd industrial precinct. 

The company, which paid $68m for the farmland and about 36ha of 'useable' space, will spend another $56m on wastewater, power and a road network across the greenfield site.
