The NZ Super Fund has bought an East Auckland golf course in a joint venture with the NBR Rich List Russell Family.
The Beachlands South limited partnership joint venture has bought 250ha, including the 170.5ha Formosa Golf Course as well as 80ha of adjoining land at 620 Whitford-Maraetai Rd,
