Kiwi Property acquires value add property at Sylvia Park

The property adjoins the Sylvia Park railway station.

The owners of New Zealand’s largest retail development have bought an industrial site next to Sylvia Park.

Kiwi Property bought the vacant 22,086sq m site for $25 million from Coca-Cola Amatil, $7.5m higher than the $17.5m registered valuation.
