Applicant has abandoned liquidation proceedings after delays to the hearing process.

A creditor who was seeking the liquidation of Long River Investments – a company associated with failed property developer Greg Olliver – has walked away from the application.

The applicant’s lawyer, John Jon, of Law.NZ confirmed that the proceedings against Long River had been discontinued
