‘One at a time’: first homes in $50m ACC-Cort partnership open

The first community housing units as a result of a novel partnership between ACC, Cort Community Housing, and the Ministry of Housing were officially opened on Friday in Massey, Auckland.  

While ACC has committed more than the $50 million expected, it said rising interest and construction costs
