Council ceding around $26m in carpark revenue to fund City Rail budget blowout

Auckland Council has confirmed it will lose annual revenue of between $25-27 million by selling the rights to its four central city carpark buildings to free up funds for the City Rail Lind's $1 billion budget blowout.
